A nature lover's paradise! This is a destination villa not just a vacation home. Our property is situated on a forty acre lushly landscaped private nature preserve on the shores of Lake Arenal. You will have complete privacy and yet be in close proximity to many of the adventure activities the area has to offer. 

The property has beautifully manicured gardens, well maintained jungle hiking trails through the rainforest and rivers, a spring fed swimming pool and lots and lots of waterfalls. There are fly fishing streams stocked with large fish. Enjoy kayaking on our pond or take our eight kayaks down to the lake and paddle in secluded lake coves to see wildlife, flora and fauna too numerous to mention. This is the only villa in the area that has access to Lake Arenal. Whether relaxing on the hammock or sipping your morning coffee as you listen to the sounds of the howler monkeys, this villa has it all.   

We have a 100 foot waterslide that runs into the pool that kids and adults will no doubt enjoy. The spring fed swimming pool has no chemicals and is drained, cleaned and sanitized prior to your arrival. 

There have been numerous guests vacationing at this property since 1996, with many repeat visitors. Your host's goal is to provide a memorable and hassle free experience for your group or family and to insure you take advantage of all the unique qualities the Arenal area has to offer. Your concierge will assist you in arranging all of your activities to make sure you don't miss a thing!

Our multi-level 2,800 square foot villa is fully furnished with four bedrooms, three bathrooms and two fireplaces. The villa comfortably sleeps up to twelve people, yet accommodations can be made to sleep fifteen people if needed. In addition, there is a second villa on the estate that sleeps six, so we have the overall capacity to accommodate eighteen to twenty people when necessary (at an additional cost). 

You will find imported Italian tile and exotic hardwoods throughout the villa. The interior design is comprised of local art, indigenous masks, hand carved doors, antiques, and floor to ceiling glass windows that make you feel at one with the manicured gardens, lake and rainforest views that surround you. The kitchen is fully equipped and is in close proximity to the outdoor BBQ so you can enjoy your meals while viewing the beautiful nature. The villa has Wi-Fi, satellite TV, DVD,  and a stereo system. Maid service is provided every third day and chef, child care and professional massage services are available upon request.

Take advantage of easy day excursions and visit Arenal National Park, Monteverde National Park, Cano Negro Wildlife Refuge and many beaches. 

All roads leading to the villa are paved. As this is Costa Rica, don't forget to bring bug spray when hiking through the trails.
