This modern villa is located only a few miles east of La Fortuna, the most popular destination in Arenal and one of the most visited places in all of Costa Rica. Don't let the outside of this house deceive you! The inside of the villa is beautiful and the pool and gardens in back are spectacular.  This is your chance to live comfortably in a modern villa and be close to the major hub of La Fortuna. La Fortuna is a popular destination because of the Arenal Volcano, hot springs, hanging bridges, and all of the adventure tours available. The house sits on nearly two acres, surrounded by large gardens and many fruit trees such as mango, orange, star fruit, coconut and many others.  Crack open a coconut from one of the trees and drink the most delicious coconut juice! The charming sounds of birds will transport you to an exotic experience each and every day.

The house has a nice open area that includes a gourmet kitchen, living area with comfortable sofa and large TV, and an octagonal cedar wood dining table on which to enjoy your meals.

The house sleeps up to eight guests. Two of the bedrooms (including the master bedroom) are equipped with air conditioning. The other two bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans for a pleasant rest. The house has two very nice bathrooms, one of which has a Jacuzzi. Housekeeping is included one day per week, however you can request additional housekeeping for a minimal fee. 

There are two dining tables on the outdoor terrace overlooking the pool and the luscious gardens. The outdoor area also includes a large grilling area, a colonial deck with pool chairs and an outdoor shower. A particularly special feature is the 'rancho de lectura', a gazebo overlooking the backyard where you can spend time relaxing or reading a book. The pool area is the perfect place to return after a full day of activities.
