Being able to combine a really active fun vacation and be able to be completely kosher was amazing to me. We had a great vacation and the home was great for us. We were 8 people and this house worked well because it was huge and all but one bedroom had a full bath. The views from the house were gorgeous, you could see the lake from the front of the house and when it rained you would see the most beautiful rainbows. The pool is very pretty and clean. The Wi-Fi was great and was available in the main room only and there were American outlets which made things easy. Michelle who is charge of everything from the house to coordinating our drivers and our excursions is amazing. Not only is she efficient but she is a warm and lovely person to be around. Michelle lives right across the street and was always available and willing to come over whenever we needed her. We were surprised that there was a horse stable right on the property. The locals took my husband and our sons for the most amazing 1 and a half hour horseback ride around the lake. The cooks Javier and his mother are very good and made us the most delicious fish dinner. Javier and his mother are very flexible and willing to please. They cooked kosher and did a great job. The food we ordered from Kosher Casas was very good. Baolo the driver and Emily the guide were great. Future visitors should know that the drivers and guides like to be paid in cash and sometimes in this area it was not so easy to find an ATM that worked. The entire staff was so eager to please and picked the perfect activities and excursions for our group. The service from Kosher Casas went very smoothly and everything fell into place. Everything in terms of the kosher aspect was great. All of the activities were good. We loved Monteverde, the rafting trip was the best I have ever gone on, the most fun and beautiful. The hot springs were we went to in tabacon were gorgeous. Kosher Casas; please let us know your next location!
