We had a fantastic time in Costa Rica. Kosher Casas made things very easy between providing dishes and utensils at the house, menus in advance to order the food, as well as handling logistics and ironing out any issues we faced once in Costa Rica.  Eve was always available by email to answer any questions or concerns and the process in booking the house and then ordering the food was easy.  The concierge at our property was wonderful – he helped us set up activities, provided advice based on his local knowledge of the area, and he and his wife cooked us delicious and filling breakfasts every morning.  We had his cell phone number in case any issues arose (including coming to capture a moth the size of a bat the first night we were there!). The house was comfortable and spacious (albeit a little under-lit and dark at night) with plenty of room for our family. Extra refrigerators were put in and fresh vegetables and fruits were available daily.  The ready-made food from San Jose was portioned well and we had some items available to us in the local food store to stock up on.  Our driver, Jaime, was amazing – friendly and warm and always ready with a smile for the kids!  We spent our entire time in the Arenal area – the weather was a bit iffy at times, but we were able to manage to get in quite a few great activities including ATV riding, rappelling down waterfalls (amazing!) and an afternoon at the Baldi hot springs (beautiful!). The locals are friendly and the country is beautiful.  Not having to worry about food and being able to stay over Shabbat was such a bonus and made the experience complete.
