Our four villas rest on a magnificent 13 acre estate and have absolutely one of the best views of Lake Arenal. The villas are located in a private gated community and are perfect for family reunions, multiple family get togethers, or simply families wanting their privacy. Your group will enjoy relaxing in the large and majestic pool which has great views of the lake. The property has a natural spring water Jacuzzi and an outdoor covered rancho for BBQ's and for gatherings. Lake access is available via kayak and canoe rentals.  Fishing charters are close by.

Our four separate homes each have a distinct personality. The main villa is the largest, featuring beautiful views of Lake Arenal and the surrounding jungle, and, in addition to the pool and the rancho, is the central gathering place for meals or simply hanging out. This villa features: a giant master bedroom with bath en-suite, a grand living room area of 55 feet in length and magnificent views of Lake Arenal, a large kitchen and dining area, and much more. The property has a large parking area and a covered two car garage. All of the villas are equipped for cooking (villas #3 and #4 have kitchenettes) and have a television with DVD players and movies available. Three of our four villas are wheelchair accessible.

Your host is available to help you plan all of your activities to create a memorable vacation. Maid service is included three times a week. If you choose not to rent a car, your host has a van service that will provide round trip transportation to the airport and can escort you to daily tours and activities, allowing you to relax and let someone else do the driving. 

This villa is conveniently located for many activities, including: wind surfing, horseback riding, butterfly exhibits, biking, canoeing, fishing, lake tours, canopy and adventure tours, ATV Tours, and many others. The villas are a 40 minute drive to La Fortuna where you can visit the famous Arenal Volcano, hot springs, hanging bridges and much more. Should you want to venture into the Guanacaste area, the beaches of Flamingo, Coco and Ocatal are less than two hours away.
