Our condominium is located in an exclusive, small, gated building within Tamarindo Preserve and only 50 yards from the Langosta Beach Club and the Pacific Ocean. When you rent our home, you have full membership privileges at the club. The club features a full gym, a variety of exercise classes, spectacular infinity edge pool overlooking the Pacific, private cabanas, and a pool and ocean side bar. Chairs, lounges and umbrellas will be placed on the beach at your request.

There is a full, on site, concierge service available to all of our guests.

We are located a short 7 minute walk from the heart of Tamarindo. The building is close enough to the town center to be very convenient but far enough away to avoid the noise and congestion.

The home is a study in attention to detail. You will be greeted with hand rubbed teak ceilings and travertine limestone floors. All of the wood in this home is plantation grown teak including the custom cabinetry. The furniture was all crafted in Costa Rican artisan factories and includes a comfortable queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests. The bathroom vanities as well as the showers are honed travertine. You will find a full complement of high end stainless steel appliances and all of the kitchenware that you could want. There is even a reverse osmosis water filtering system for fresh, clean drinking water.

We are located in a tropical dry forest at the epicenter of Costa Rica's Gold Coast which for many years has been a favorite destination for eco-tourism and surfing. You can swim, surf, sail, dive, snorkel, bike, hike, climb, walk, play golf or tennis, explore, raft or just kick back and enjoy the good life (Pura Vida).
