Designed with many unique architectural elements found in Colonial cities of Central America, the homes in this property are directly influenced by the colonial architecture in Granada, Nicaragua including imported tiles, handcrafted woodwork and nice balconies.

The main floor is where the kitchen and entertainment area is and the second floor is where the bedrooms are. This villa has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can sleep up to 6 people. They are fully equipped for a comfortable stay including kitchenware, linens and towels, AC, and Wifi. The complex also has a lovely pool with many chaise lounges. This is an excellent option for 2 people to larger groups that would like to be all together while having some privacy at the same time. This is a lovely and affordable option in an ideal location. Perfect for wedding groups, family reunions, retreats, corporate incentive groups, etc.

The grounds at this property are a tropical paradise with a lush garden and a two tiered pool. Easy access to all of Tamarindo by foot including Tamarindo Beach, supermarkets, shops and more.

 It is nice and quiet yet still easy walk to everything. The neighborhood gym is about a 1 minute walk from the villas.

Any activities outside of Tamarindo can include transportation to and from your villa so a rental car is not required. Our guest book in each villa will also provide you with our recommended taxi numbers and taxi’s are also readily available in town. Everything in Tamarindo is walking distance. 

The property will be clean and ready when you check in and cleaning once during the week is included at no extra price. Extra maid service is available for $10/hour.
