My husband, 3 adult children and I spent a glorious, carefree vacation in Costa Rica thanks to Kosher Casas.  From beginning to end Kosher Casas came through for us in every way.  We arrived to our villa and the pantry and refrigerator were full of kosher foods I had picked before arriving.  Choosing was simple and with the guidance of Eve (of Kosher Casas) we tried delicious new prepared foods and local produce.  Our concierge (assigned to us by Eve) was very thorough and available to us for every question or request.  I sent an email and within minutes had an answer.  The tours that she organized were also great as were the guides.  Costa Rica is a beautiful country and with Kosher Casas providing the kosher kitchen it made the vacation simply unforgettable!
