The simplicity of design incorporates high ceilings, artistic lighting, natural textures and abundant sunlight through oversized glass doors and windows.  The chef-ready kitchen, the custom wood dining table, and the living area lounge are all part of a single common space that opens onto the home’s patio.

Each bedroom has its own private full bath with this unique touch: all of the bathrooms include small private courtyards. Featured in the master bath is a bathtub in the private outdoor garden.  Bedrooms are supplied with black-out curtains to ensure you the amount of sleep you need and to allow you to enjoy, during the day, the scenery of your own private jungle.  

Outside, a private pool is set into the tile patio beside the shady outdoor living area.  Surrounding the pool, Guanacaste’s indigenous trees provide a green privacy curtain. This terrace is the place where you will spend hours with your friends and family sipping your morning coffee, playing in the pool and grilling up something delicious after sunset. Expect visitors in the trees: Howler monkeys, squirrels, birds, butterflies and lazy iguanas will be your neighbors.

There is housekeeping twice a week during your stay.  You can request additional maid service for up to 4 hours for a cost of $50.  

There is a $10 per day cost for adults to enter the Beach Club - Children under 10 are free.
