Welcome to our villa!  This four-bedroom house for up to 14 guests includes a private pool, a separate second-floor casita, lots of open common space for dining and lounging, and is only a 2-minute walk from Langosta Beach. This quiet neighborhood at the end of the road is a favorite for surfers and anyone seeking relaxation.  There’s a supermarket across the street from this property.  Tamarindo is about a mile down a newly-paved road!

DEDICATED HOUSEKEEPER You will enjoy an extra layer of service. The dedicated housekeeper, in addition to general housekeeping 6 days/ week*, does laundry for our guests and prepares snacks, and cocktails. All you have to do is supply the groceries.

INTERNET We offer 100 Mbps of internet access throughout your home so if you need to work or navigate the internet, we have you covered. The house also has a backup battery for the modem & router, so you are always online uninterrupted. If you wish to request a portable wireless router, we can gladly have these available for you with an additional rental fee to keep you more connected.

The villa has air conditioning in all bedrooms.  The natural breezes and fans cool the common area spaces.
