This home is in a resort, gated community. As part of this resort, you will have access to the private golf club, the private beach club, the equestrian center for riding on the beach and the working ranch, the fitness center, the private tennis center, and six private white sand beaches as close as a block away.  A private chef and masseuse can be arranged at an additional cost. 

At our villa enjoy the pool and attached rancho style BBQ area with a fully equipped outdoor kitchen. This unique feature provides our vacationers with two full kitchens to choose from. Have dinner prepared outdoors and eat poolside or prepared inside and eat in the enclosed air conditioned dining room. This villa features spacious living areas for your group to congregate both indoors and outdoors.

The villa has six bedrooms and five and a half baths. Every room was designed to provide an unforgettable view. All bedrooms have remote controlled air-conditioning and ceiling fans.

On the first floor you'll find an open floor plan, which includes a large living room, bar and two bedrooms (closed of course). All open to a large swimming pool.

Upstairs you will find a full kitchen, washer and dryer, cable television, VCR, DVD player, air conditioning, CD stereo, and high speed internet. Walk out unto the wrap around balcony and enjoy the spectacular sunsets or a good read. Right next to the swimming pool is a casita which has one bedroom with a king bed on the second floor.

In addition, kayaking, snorkeling, bicycle riding, massage, yoga, a kid's camp, surfing, whale watching and sightseeing are all available locally.
