Perched above a semi-private beach (much less traveled and less accessible than any others in the immediate vicinity) you'll enjoy the well appointed and gourmet kitchen, outdoor BBQ, spectacular infinity pool and patio area all while taking in the white sands of Playa Langosta plus the sights and sounds of the Pacific Ocean. The dining area is outside so you can enjoy the beautiful Costa Rican landscape and the ocean while dining on sumptuous Costa Rican fare.  

The home was built as a family sanctuary and is now available as a luxury vacation rental. Of note...one of the owners is a locally respected and talented artist...the home is outfitted with her gorgeous artwork inspired by the both the local area here in Costa Rica and their home in Coastal Carolina!  There are many TV's throughout the villa, the largest one being in the living area. Relaxing at the pool in our eight lounge chairs is a wonderful day to chill after a full day of activities. Our villa is completely air conditioned. The Pella doors between the living area and the outside can be closed or opened as you wish.  All bedrooms and common areas are air-conditioned.

Although you may never want to leave...the home also has easy access to Tamarindo Beach via a private and manicured path ... from there a short walk down the beach takes you to numerous beach clubs, seaside watering holes, etc.
