This villa, with its recently-redesigned interior as of August, 2021, is one of the area’s original beach bungalows.  Now it is becoming a luxury vacation favorite because of a combination of its proximity to the beach, its distance from other homes, and its capacity to sleep up to 10 guests.  

All bedrooms have air conditioning and the common areas are cooled by the constant sea breeze and ceiling fans.

Carlos, the villa's curator/caretaker, lives in the small house just inside the property's entrance.  He keeps the grounds clean and safe, and can assist you with any concerns that arise during your stay. 

This home comes with a whole array of beach toys to help you have fun in the sun.  Please enjoy the beach chairs, boogie boards, snorkel gear, the cooler and the beach umbrellas you'll find in the home.

This villa is located in Playa Ventana on the north side of Playa Grande next to the town of Tamarindo.  From this delightfully secluded location you will have access to all the services and activities of Tamarindo. The Daniel Oduber International Airport in Liberia is about 90 minutes away. At low tide you can literally walk the beaches for hours starting just outside your back door.
