Villa #GU708

Costa Rica – Guanacaste
  • Number of People 18
  • Bedrooms 7
  • Bathrooms 7
  • Minimum Stay 4

Our resort is a beautiful place composed of houses, shops, pedestrian streets, plazas, parks, and recreational facilities. All elements are arranged to produce a series of wonderful, walkable public spaces interwoven with the natural environment. The architecture is adapted for outdoor living. Motorized vehicles are refreshingly absent. The comings and goings of residents and visitors enrich the scene. Every street leads to an overlook of the picturesque landscape. Each home frames incredible views.

One side of our resort is embraced by over 1,000 acres of tropical dry forest, with spectacular hills and valleys that afford extensive hiking and biking. On the other side is the Pacific Ocean, where two of the finest beaches in Costa Rica offer swimming, stand-up paddle-boarding, kayaking, boogie-boarding, and snorkeling.

This villa was built to bring families together. Originally two separate homes, the families of each decided to bridge them together. Now, with 7 bedrooms and ample shared space, it’s continued on as a place where large families and groups of friends come to celebrate life together in a beautiful beach town.

Right at the center of the home is a refreshing pool courtyard and shaded cabana, the perfect place for adults and kids to gather throughout the day.

A downstairs media room provides space for the young ones to be as loud and playful as they want while the upstairs remains a tranquil evening space.

The bedrooms are split between what used to be the two houses, providing plenty of privacy.

The villas central location makes it easy to explore nearby beaches, tropical forest travels, and get to town events. Experiences like our sunset beach dinners are all a quick walk down peaceful, car-free streets.

Come to reconnect with close family and old friends while making new memories through experiences like  guided snorkeling expeditions, family hikes to the McHenry Peak, or dinners under the stars.

A local Housemom will host your stay. Feel at home with freshly made breakfasts and daily housekeeping.
