Originally built in 1995, the beach-side villa was transformed in 2011 into a one-of-a-kind Costa Rican luxury villa. Featuring 8 bedrooms, 8 ½ baths each bedroom features an en suite bathroom with double sinks, 42” plasma TV, sound station, high end beds/linens, and spectacular décor and finishes, this vacation rental is the definition of luxury. A prepared breakfast is included in the price of this villa daily except for Sundays. 

The sprawling grounds of the villa are connected by a reflecting pool running the length of southern edge of the property… and the infinity swimming pool will leave you more than refreshed as you take in the truly breathtaking view above the waves, beaches, coves and estuaries of gorgeous Playa Tamarindo.

The kitchen has been designed for the discerning food lover, with Professional Series stainless equipment…two refrigerators, two wall mounted ovens, two dishwashers, 5 burner gas cooktop and ice-maker, a Michelin star chef would truly be at home in this kitchen. Just outside to the west the outdoor grill island and wet bar will help you prepare your days “catch”. All of this is intermingled with the huge entertainment room with ample seating areas and is a space that seamlessly blends from indoors to outdoors. Off the southern edge of the kitchen/great room enjoy the 16 person outdoor dining pavilion with integrated power roller blinds. Towards the west, relax on the sunset terrace, enjoy the sundeck on your chaise lounge or just take a seat and overlook the infinity pool as the sun sinks into the Pacific.

While all of the bedrooms in this villa are amazing, the penthouse suite perched above the pool with its private terrace and floor to ceiling views are truly spectacular. Also of note, the house is large enough to spread out when you need a little privacy! 5 of the 8 bedrooms have their own private ocean view terrace for reading, relaxing, etc.

Should you want to check the surf for the day no need to make any phone calls just check the surf from our unique perspective! High above Tamarindo Bay you’ll be able to check the surf breaks of Playa Grande, Shady Trees, Casitas, Rivermouth, Pico Pequena, Pico Grande, Henry’s, Capitan Suizo, La Isla, Punta San Francisco, and the breaks of Playa Langosta!!! They are all within your sights. You can even peek through our high powered telescope for an up close and personal view of the Tamarindo surfing breaks!
