Sunset features contemporary Caribbean architecture with a single-level floor plan and a sophisticated beach house ambiance. The bedrooms are all air-conditioned with private en suite bathrooms with shower and tub. The large sea and pool-facing master bedroom have twin beds that convert to a king and the two sea-facing guest rooms are fitted with twin beds which may also be combined as kings if required. A further two bedrooms were added in 2016 and are in an ocean-facing cottage with views across the sea to Montego Bay. All of the villa bathrooms were also upgraded in 2016 with four of the bathrooms gaining an outside shower.

The very spacious and brightly decorated living room opens onto a fabulous view of the sea. It has a wet bar, cable television.  Doors lead out to the veranda and the perimeter overflow pool beyond with lap lane, Baha ledge, and hot tub.
