Taking advantage of the expansive forest and ocean views, this villa is located in the hills of Manuel Antonio, where you can admire the treetops that run all the way down to meet the coast. The home is also designed in consideration of the view, with large tinted glass windows and spacious living areas that ascend into three tiers. All this within a 10 minute drive to the Manuel Antonio National Park and its glorious beaches.

Upon entering the villa, you find yourself welcomed into a relaxed and warmly decorated recreational room, which features a pool table, foosball table, and large cushioned chairs where you can read or simply hang out. The room faces the ocean view and a spacious outdoor balcony can be accessed from here..

A few steps above the recreation room you will find the formal dining area, with seating for eight. Finally, there is the living room and kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen with granite-tops is close to the outdoor BBQ.  A guest bathroom is here, also handy to the outdoor swimming pool. The lounge area has excellent couches for relaxing. There is a home entertainment center and surround sound.  The villa is fully air conditioned and has a TV in every bedroom.

The private ocean-view patio has a swimming pool, BBQ, outdoor dining table for six, and reclining deck chairs. This personal space connects to the separate guest suite, which has one king sized bed, one single bed, a bathroom, and a balcony. This villa and casita is fully air conditioned.

The second floor of the home houses the ocean-view master suite and two guest suites. Each bedroom has a bathroom and one king sized bed.
