Hi Eve.

Breakfast:
Bryna, We just returned from our vacation and wanted to write to you thanking you for the exceptional time we had. From the time we landed in San Jose we were treated truly like royalty. Everything went smoothly given the hectic itinerary as we traveled through San Jose airport to our small charter flight that carried us to Manuel Antonio. If you don’t mind I would like to recap for you some of the best moments of the trip with some descriptions and pictures. When we arrived in Quepos/Manuel Antonio our concierge, Donielle Fish was there to greet us at our Villa. She explained all the details of how the villa was koshered, introduced us to our chef who would cook Kosher for us for the next 10 days and gave us a quick tour. In the villa all of the pots and pans and utensils had already been swapped out for kosher ones, and the shelves and fridge were stacked and ready to go with all the foods and ingredients we would need for our vacation. We really felt at home. The villa itself is amazing. The villa actually was nicer than the pictures which is never the case! Rooms were clean and well organized and the view and pool were spectacular. Sunset was amazing! We knew we were in for a great time. Donielle is by far one of the most professional and patient concierges we have ever met. She had our daily itinerary planned down to the detail and she had been on every one of the excursions herself and advised us perfectly for the group size and ages we were. We did the zip lining adventure on Friday , the kids had so much fun and the guides were fantastic. On Saturday, which is Shabbos, Donielle arranged for the wellness center to send someone over to do some yoga, have fun with kids in and around the pool and go for a hike. We had so much fun that some of us went to the studio for some more Yoga classes later in the week! On Sunday she set us up with 2 boats to do some fishing and tubing/snorkeling. One of the boys caught a snapper and we ate it that night! Monday was white water rafting where the whole family went even my 5 year old boy. Again the guides were great and knew how to help us have fun. They splashed us and made the kids laugh. We stopped in the middle to enjoy some of the water falls and swim and enjoy lunch. Some of the Sorcher group liked to surf and Donielle set them up with surfing lessons for when the tide was right. Abe and his son said it was some of the best surfing they had ever done. We also enjoyed the paddle boarding, rappelling and canyoning, horseback riding, parasailing. We even just relaxed one day on the Beach in one of the hotels that Donielle suggested, which was secluded and private, and played some Frisbee and football. The last few days were my favorite. On Thursday we went sailfishing and my sons, nephew and I caught 5 sailfish, we had a great time! On Friday we went Jet skiing, the guide took us on a tour of the surrounding area and we actually were riding alongside dolphins. The kids were amazed and some of the boys and girls were allowed to drive the jetskis for their first time. They all raved about it. We have been on many vacations and to many places around the world and we all agree that this may have been the best vacation we ever took. I have no doubt that Kosher casas will be extremely successful based on the level of enjoyment we had while being able to maintain our level of Kashrut. Thank you so much! The Rahmey and Sorcher families!
