The view from this villa in Manuel Antonio is very special. This 6-bedroom, 6.5-bathroom, 6,500 sq. ft. vacation home is located high on a hill overlooking the Pacific Ocean and the famous Manuel Antonio National Park. You are in close proximity to some of the most spectacular beaches in all of Costa Rica.

This 6,500 square foot home has four levels and a great design inside and out. From the sundeck, you have an amazing, unobstructed view of the ocean and rainforest and plenty of space to bask in the sun in the lounge chairs or enjoy a cool beverage under the covered terrace. Take a refreshing dip in your private, crystal blue pool while relaxing and listening to the sounds of the jungle. You will be sure to hear and see many tropical birds like toucans and scarlet macaws, and if you are lucky, you may get visits from a monkey or two!

The kitchen, living, and dining areas on the main level are enclosed by sliding glass doors, so you never have to forfeit the incredible view of the Pacific. Open the glass doors and allow the wonderful tropical breeze to flow throughout the house.

The bedrooms also feature large windows that look out into the sparkling ocean. Wake up to the sound of the ocean waves and a wonderful sunrise to start your day. The comfortable beds will help you drift off to sleep at night after a day full of adventures. The en-suite bathrooms have been thoughtfully designed with custom-made sinks and woodwork.

The top floor features the amazing ” Sky Suite “, a large 2-level suite complete with king bedroom, bathroom, sitting area with a large flat-screen TV, and a large dining room and kitchen. The suite has retractable glass doors facing the ocean to allows you feel you are floating high above the jungle with a spectacular view of the Manuel Antonio coastline and the ocean beyond. During the warmer months, just close the doors and cool off with air-conditioning.

Dear Eve,

Thank you so very much for all your support and guidance and effort.  Our high expectations were exceeded in every way!  What a memorable time!  Transportation was smooth, the house was amazing, Carlos and Gary were extremely attentive and informative, and all the activities we chose worked very well for our group.

What can we say about Desiree, her husband Juan, and their assistants, Joselyn and Pamela?  We are SO happy that you convinced us of the merits of having a chef.  It truly transformed the experience, and we cannot imagine anyone better than Desiree -- her skill and organization alone would have been amazing, but she was so warm and engaging and friendly and interesting.  We loved everything about having her with us!
