Like a precious gem, the tri-level artisan home is carefully set amidst two acres of lush tropical, wild-life rainforest. Such spacious privacy is rare, especially so conveniently located to all the best that Manuel Antonio has to offer. It is just a 15 minute walk to Manuel Antonio National Park and beach and only minutes away from local shops, and cafes in the heart of Manuel Antonio.

As you pass through the private gated entrance and guard house, one is immediately surrounded by cool jungle relief upon entering this enchanted property. Descending to the parking area and carport, the villa's inviting countenance welcomes you with a glass tower stairwell hinting of cascading water and an artisan-Zen grand entry. To the right are three stories of bedrooms, each with their own unique ocean and rainforest views, terrace areas, full baths, and walk-in closets. This section includes three king bed suites, two bedrooms with twins that convert to kings, and a guest room with a double bed and optional day bed. There is also the solitary double bed in the poolside bedroom. In total the home can accommodate up to 15 guests.

The social wing is an expanse of living, dining, and kitchen areas with vaulted teak ceilings and designer furnishings. The gourmet chef’s kitchen, wine cooler, ice machine, breakfast bars, and entertainment center serve a variety of gatherings from intimate to grand. Nine foot tall folding window walls reveal magnificent vistas and draw you onto the wide terrace where high end outdoor lounging and dining furniture is conveniently arranged along the balconies.

From the lower level, swim and play in the salt-sanitized infinity pool or just relax and enjoy the view from the built-in Jacuzzi. Relaxation and enjoyment is inevitable with the numerous shady and sunny lounging locations on tile, teak, or lawn as well as a complete outdoor barbecue kitchen, drink station, dining area, and outdoor shower.

The entire villa is air conditioned by remote controlled units in all the rooms and ceiling fans for additional circulation. Security is provided 24/7. Safe boxes are available in all master bedrooms.
